As adults, we no longer reach up and hold our parent’s hand in times of difficulty. Children grow up and they must face life on their own. So what do we do when we are adults and face sorrow and adversity? When we desperately need help and support and a sense of security. What do we do? What must we do? We must reach up our hands with the faith and trust of a child to God.

Rev Boyle,
I always enjoy and look forward to our walks. They bring me peace and comfort. I can just picture this little boy reaching up trying to take hold of his father’s hand. Such a missed opportunity for this father.
