Our Dog Molly – Episode 61

Walk With Ken Boyle Podcast

Our dog Molly has been sick lately and suffered a nasty fall down the stairs last night. It was terrible. Could you please pray for her? The first lesson I learned in this difficult time was to picture Jesus holding Molly in his arms as I prayed. I think that is the right way. The second lesson I learned is that it’s easy to forget our own troubles when someone that we dearly love is hurt and during these times we can find ourselves growing closer to God.

  1. Ken and Dale…so sorry to hear about Molly’s situation. I hope some resolution for the better becomes evident with Tuesday’s results. I can relate to your own ailments as well, Ken, as I keep coming up with new ones myself, just having my second skin cancer surgery in a month.

It is certainly good to keep praying foreach other, and those in the world round us who are suffering, like the millions in Ukraine, the thousands of kidnapped children there who are separated from their families, etc. We desperately need the kind of reminders and messages you put forth to keep us aware of God’s love for us and also the expectations that go with that…reminders to live the kind of life Jesus taught us to live. God Bless you and thanks for sharing with us.
